Our team created customized roles for our client's Qlik Catalog platform users. Ideally, when given access to Catalog, users would be added to one of the customized user roles by default, rather than an unused user role ANALYST. Currently, Catalog does not provide the option to change the default user role. This capability would make our business processes more efficient and reduce the need to repeated manual user role changes and cache clearing.
