It would be good to have a script level command to 'Comment' or 'Drop' out fields using a mapping table. This is similar to 'Rename fields using' statement already available in Qlik script.
This will allow the code to be kept dry and make data management easier.
I know the workaround for this approach would be to load a table, use the Concat function to string together the keywords to execute the command. However, this would be a handy little hack to have in Qlik's armor.
