Compose FDW - Add support for BOOLEAN datatype in Snowflake

Currently Compose maps a Snowflake boolean to a varchar(5) with TRUE and FALSE string values.  It should leverage the underlying platform types where appropriate for a more seamless integration experience.

Hi @Meghann_MacDonald , the referred idea is for Replicate and DB2 LUW.  This one is for Compose Data Warehouse and Snowflake.  Is Compose covered under the idea in the link?
