In most all windows applications there are separate Cut, Copy and paste key sets for left handers as adopted from a very old IBM standard on user interface design. I.e. Copy is <CTRL>+<INS>, Paste is <SHIFT> + <INS>, etc. These should be available in Qlik cloud (SaaS) as well.
