At this moment it's not possible to download the data (or in other words export the data to Excel) from a Map. Workaround is to add a table to the sheet with similar data, so you can download that in an Excel. But it would be better and nicer for your sheet and for the end-user if you can download the data directly from the Map.

Thank you for the post.  Map integration improvement not planned at this time.  Best to continue to use the workaround.
