The Export to Excel option in Qlikview  'unmerged' pivot table data so that you got a full row of data for every column in the pivot table.  I.e. it reduced it to the raw data set.

Qlik Sense doesn't do this. It keeps the formatting and so if users want to take data off-line to work on in Excel they have to do extra work to unmerge the cells.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to allow the Export option on the 'View Data' version of the Pivot to export without the cell merges?
