PostgreSQL Versions Before 13.1 Have Multiple Vulnerability

QEM - PostgreSQL 9.5 will stop receiving fixes on February 11, 2021.

We will be updating the PostgreSQL version bundled with Enterprise Manager in the upcoming Q4 release.
