Qlik Replicate - Enhanced Microsoft Azure Event Hubs Support
I'd like to inquire a few things about additional feature/support for Microsoft Azure Event Hubs in Qlik Replicate:
Is there an intention to support this endpoint as a target on Linux? Currently, this is one of the few Azure targets not supported on Linux. We use an almost pure Linux environment for QDI.
We prefer to use JSON data message formatting but we are running into capacity challenges because Azure Event Hub endpoints do not support compression methods like Apache Kafka endpoints do. We'd like to be able to perform compression with this endpoint.
(Added 02/01/2021): Will Qlik be looking to support Azure Event Hubs Schema Store (currently in preview) to alleviate concerns around the 10-hub per namespace limit?
Any roadmap information or planned implementation of these items would be helpful.
Would be good to get this in Linux. We will need to workaround this by using CDC to file then something like Logstash but there is extra compute cost here.
