Qlik Replicate support for MongoDB Atlas

Businesses are moving to cloud-based services at a rapid pace. As such Qlik Replicate should keep up with the pace by supporting cloud-base data sources as both source and target endpoints. Specifically, Qlik Replicate supports MongoDB but does not officially support the hosted MongoDB Atlas service. Requesting this feature be added.

I agree with this 100%.  We have the MongoDB Source Endpoint for Replicate, but we have Mongo clusters that are both on-prem and in the cloud (MongoDB Atlas).  Future sources are also likely going to be in MongoDB Atlas.

We would like to be able to replicate data from the MongoDB Atlas sources, but currently it is not supported as a Source/Target Endpoint.

We would very much like this feature to be added.

Concur with above. It would be fantastic if we could use Mongodb Atlas as a source endpoint for replication. At this point we are using change streams but there are limitations to it. Reading from the Oplog using Qlik would make this extremely valuable.

Please add this feature in your next release

We bought the license to replication from MongoDB on premises, but before we could go live it was decided that our MongoDB data would migrate to the cloud so we would really like support for Mongo DB Atlas!

There are rumors that Atlas support is not on the Qlik roadmap. Could someone from Qlik let us know if this is true or not? If it's not there, does Qlik have any plans to add Atlas to the roadmap? As more MongoDB databases are moving to the cloud every day, having Qlik support Atlas becomes more and more important.

I reached out to Support about Atlas and was told it was not supported. They did not indicate it was on the roadmap.

Hi Bob,

How is the analysis going? Any indication of whether you will support it or not?

Hi - We have not only completed analysis, we have also completed development. We are in the process of QA & testing and this will be supported soon. Will provide an ETA once we get through the final testing.
