Sometimes the Tenant Administrator needs to send some global announcements for their Qlik SaaS end-users.

Should be great if we have a pop-up to show some announcement messages to all users on the hub page.

Something like when there are new features on Qlik SaaS.

There was a similar feature available on QlikView QMC.
