Although the 'i' symbol against a task in QMC provides a means to open the logfile, it would be great if the QMC could also show the path to the logfile on the server. Digesting logfile folders for Sense is incredibly hard compared to QlikView !
@AndrewMcIlwrick coming back to you on an older idea but within the upcoming May 2021 release, we will deliver the ability in the QMC to collect all log files need at once through a log collector capability which we will introduce.
Basically, when you have an issue on a production server, the last thing you want to do is having to remind where the hell the logs are, you want a fast access to it and think about the way to solve the issue.
Good link @simonaubert - I added a vote. You are lucky you have prod access. @Thomas_Hopp I dont think a "log collector" really addresses either problem.
