Revise the object model to include versioning of qlik script directly into the asynchronous data along with the GUI objects so that when the default time out of 30 minutes is reached work is not lost on complex scripts...

Thank for sharing the idea with us. This is currently not planned but we are looking into more granular ways of storing the QVF file. This would include the script and this again would make it easier to protect / control the script with your git account for instance. This would help you as well if I understand your question correct ?
