Theme downloads

Qlik Sense comes with a number of selectable themes in the app overview. It would be great if there was a way to download say the Horizon theme to allow minor changes in the CSS and then replace the default installed theme, or to apply the theme against an older server version that does not yet have this in the installed list.

The issue here is that when you use a custom Theme, Qlik Sense reverts to inheriting from the Qlik Classic CSS instead of the default of Horizon CSS.

I would instead request that you select which built-in CSS to inherit from in the theme.json file, and then extend that with your own custom CSS.

You can find the css files for the Horizon and Breeze themes here:

C:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Client\assets\external\sense-themes-default

Of course one should copy it and use it as a starting point for a custom theme, rather than changing the original.

@ElizabethLamb - Is there a static path that this would be exposed from a browser?

I would assume <base url>/sense/resources/assets/external/resources/sense-theme-default/horizon/theme.css, but it doesn't seem to resolve.

For my issue I just want to use a CSS @import rule to extend Horizon. I don't want to just copy Horizon because I want to receive any future updates.
