Target Endpoint: Big Query

Description: Currently during CDC, replicate triggers inserts statements sequentially to load from attrep changes table to target tables in Big Query. This is slowing down the performance of the task. This request is to enable replicate to trigger parallel insert statements.

Hi, we do run parallel inserts / updates / deletes / merges based on task configuration.
