Some customers asked us to be able to export pivot table data in the same format as "View data" menu option. I also tried the export function like below
but it's not working as user expected.
Could be useful to have this functionality working as export of a linear table.

You currently are able to export data from a pivot table:
The screenshot in your idea looks to me like a visualization extension rather than Qlik Sense's pivot table. Are you able to check? That may affect your ability to export.
Users are able to export data from a pivot table as long as the export functionality is turned on for them by their admins. Here is the same functionality but for Qlik Sense Client-Managed:
