How to determine memory usage per Qlik Sense application

How to find out details about memory usage for a particular Qlik Sense App.

Environments:

Qlik Sense, any.

Resolution:

Qlik Sense allows for more detailed analysis of App memory usage using the Telemetry logs (February 2018 and up), as well as the System Performance Analyzer App (February 2019 and up).

Earlier versions of Qlik Sense:

Telemetry was not yet possible. There were, however, two empirical ways to try to determine memory usage:

1. The one described in article "How Much Memory Is Required For A Qlik Server Deployment?". This is appropriate for preparation purposes, rather than troubleshooting a current environment.
2. If there is a spare server available, a Qlik Sense Engine can be installed there and Load Balancing rules can be set up so that the application (and only that application) only runs on that server. This, of course, will require having some hardware and software resources allocated for the purpose, but monitoring this server will provide information based on actual usage.
