Promote a Plan

My version:
Qlik Talend Cloud Premium Edition
Version: 8
Build id: 20250704_1436-patch

I have a single workspace and two environments (DEV & PROD).
I have created several plans in the DEV environment.
I want to migrate them to PROD.
When I am in “Promote,” I select the “Scope,” in my case “Plan,” in “Workspace,” it chooses the default one, and, in any case, there is only one, and just below that I get an error message that says “The list of available Plans is empty.”

I don't understand why, since I have 11 plans declared in DEV.

For your information, I have promoted all my artifacts from DEV to PROD.
Any ideas about this error message?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello,

Could you confirm the requirements are fulfilled ?

https://help.qlik.com/talend/en-US/management-console-user-guide/Cloud/promoting-plans

Before you begin

  • You must be assigned to the promotion.
  • Ensure that no other promotion is running at the same time on the same source and target environments.
  • You must have access to at least one workspace in the target environment.
  • Plans must be run at least once before they can be promoted.

    Kind regards
    Denis

I had never launched a single plan, which explains why I couldn't see the plan(s) in the selection list.

Many Thanks for your help
