ASCII delimited file to EBCDIC file

Hi all,

There are ways to convert EBCDIC file to ASCII delimited file using the talend tool and with copybook. 

Is there any other way to convert it in vice versa, to load to a main frame. Any link will be helpful. The talend tool which i'm using is Talend platform for Big Data 6.1.
