Building Job: Batch File Running Results Nothing

Hello! 

I want to schedule my talend jobs by building the job into batch file on Windows. The job building was a success but when I ran the batch file it didn't affect the job on Talend. It didn't run the job that I didn't see any results from it. I've been struggling with this for days, please do help me 😞
