Can I deploy code using Talend Open Source - Big Data, into Production

Hi

I went through the licensing terms and did not see much that prohibits me from developing production ready code using Talend Open Source - Big Data. I'm ok with the features available and understand that Open Source is an "as-is" product with not much support.
So, will I be ok, if I develop such a code using TOS? What are demerits of doing so?
