Can we use tHashOutput to cache data for huge file?

Should I use this when process huge files? I understand it will consume a lot of memory, what would be my alternative?

I would not recommend you to use this component to cache large of data set, it will consume much memory and reduce performance. If you can describe your needs in more detail, we will give you a more accurate answer.
