Cannot download external modules - download and install button missing

 I'm trying to install external module jconn3.jar to add a Sybase db connection component.  When I try to download the external modules, the 'download and install' button is missing.  Please advise.  See attached screenshot.

I believe you need to browse to the Sybase install to get the driver from there. We cannot legally provide proprietary jars. Please read this KB article: https://help.talend.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=190513327#HowtoinstallexternalmodulesintheTalen... about how to install manually a jar.
