Cannot start Commandline

I cannot start the commandline application, using commandline.bat. This was working yesterday, but a commandline instance hung, and the window was closed in error. The error is in error.png (attached). The .log content is below.
Please help 🙂

Hi
Try to do:
1. Stop the commandline.
2. Delete the commandline-woskspace.
3. Restart commandline and generate the task again.
Wait for your feedback.
