Connect Talend Open Studio to MapR using Hadoop Cluster

Hi all. I have downloaded and installed Talend on my local windows. Now I wish to connect Talend to MapR (VMWare)

I have tried to connect to MapR using "Hadoop Cluster" under "Metadata" in Talend, and this happened:

When I clicked on Abort or Retry, Talend just quit automatically. I found no useful solution online. Is there any pre-configuration I need to do in MapR before I connect Talend using "Hadoop Cluster"?

On which talend open studio build version you got this issue? Did you follow up document about:TalendHelpCenter:Centralizing MapR-DB metadata to set up your MapR connection ?

Can you successfully connect to your MapR (VMWare) without using talend tool?

Hi, Talend version is 6.4.1 and my MapR version is 5.2.2.

Yes, I am able to connect to the MapR without using Talend tool.

Based on my research as attached picture, can I understand that is not possible if I install Talend and MapR in different machine technically as my MapR is installed in VMware and Talend installed in local windows?
