Connecting to Azure Storage

Hello,

I'm trying to connect to Azure Storage with the Talend Studio components.  I was provided the blob container name, blob SAS token and blob SAS URL.  In the tAzureStorageConnection component, what do I use for the "Account Name" and the "Account Key" values?
