Connection to generator failed(command line)

Hi all,
I have talend 6.2.1v installed. And i'm monitoring with TAC.
While running my first job i'm getting this error "Connection to generator failed(command line)" in TAC.
All my command line fields are configured right and are displaying green tick marks.
Which areas should I check to rectify the error.
Any help is appreciated.
