Create job that generates metadata for table schemas

I was wondering if it is possible in the free community version to create a job that automatically updates the schemas that are in the meta data. My thought was to import the schema from a csv file (thus importing a tDelimiterFile that updates metadata) and then using this metadata for table imports as a generic schema. Not sure if this is technically feasible, I was trying to achieve it but I couldn't. If you have any ideas on the issue it would be more than helpful!
