Create or generate or duplicate a job automatically

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible and how i can create a job automatically or duplicate an existing job. I tried to duplicate an existing job, changed some parameters in .item and .properties files but when i tried to open this job after a succed import, i got an error message: 'Erreur. Pour plus de détails, consultez le journal des erreurs. Unsupported or unrecognized format'.
An idea..... about how to generate or duplicate a job automatically.

Create a new job, copy all the components of existing job and paste them to the new job.

I have to create 150 jobs, and the difference about all these jobs is their schema. so i would like to create a job and duplicate it and modified the schema parameters by using CommandLine or something like that to duplicate the job without used the graphical interface.

It is impossible to create a job using commandLine at the moment, well I know it should be a feature in the next release.
