Credential encryption

Hello,

I have a Talend Project that connected to Salesforce Environment.

to login to the Salesforce Environment, I need to set the Password and securityToken but its encrypted by Talend.

The question is, is there a way to generate the encrypted password or set the not encrypted password without regenerate all the Jobs ?

And if someone have any idea where the encryption key is ?
