Custom log on both console and log file

Hi

All is in the title, i want to customize the log output for both console and log file.

First i tried using tRedirectOutput, but everything went to the file, nothing on console.

Some posts are talking about using tLog4J and tInitLog4J, but i can't make it work.

Here's exactly what i want :

* Log on console errors (job failures) in case of error, else the name of jobs and subjobs running with time of start and end.

* Log in file with everything (tWarn, tDie, job and subjob outputs, ...)

Do someone knows a way to implement that, please ?
