Database High Availability Solutions: How to switch between different connections if one fails
1. What is a High Availability Database System? A High Availability (HA) Database is a database system designed to operate continuously with no interruptions in service. So, database errors and failures must be handled by automatically failing over to redundant nodes when problems occur.
2. So we are going to implement a simple failover solution in case of connection failure1
NB. (Customer) asked if there is option in talend to pass two hosts in the connection component if either one fails. ==> There are several ways to solve it.
We can take inspiration from this solution for different use cases.
Please find all the details in the attached pdf file📎
Happy learning,
Kind regards,
