If you have questions about a specific component, within a job you can press F1 and select a component to get a link to the documentation for that component.
We have moved to a new Doc portal hosted on the same URL. Because of the volume (number of versions, number of pages etc), we could not put in place a redirection from Confluence but all the content is there and can be searched from the home page: https://help.talend.com/
