Does Talend 6.4 Streaming version supports Java 8?

We are using Talend 6.4.1 Streaming edition, which is latest one.

When we compile the code using JDK 7 , its working fine in Cluster.

If we try to use JDK 8, its throwing error.

Hello,

Are you referring to talend big data batch and streaming? Talend BigData platform product?

Please have a look at this online document about:TalendHelpCenter:Java

What's the error message you are getting when use Java 8? Ensure proper version of JDK is installed. For v6 of Talend products JDKv1.8 is required instead of JRE.

Best regards

Sabrina
