Duplicate artefacts getting created on TMC after deployment

I am a newbie to Talend

After deploying the project to TMC via Azure Pipelines, the original artifacts are not getting overwritten. Instead another instance of the same artifact is getting created leading to duplicates. What could be the reason for this and how to fix it?
