Dynamic Schema in tFileOutputExcel fails after about 10K rows

There seems to be some max threshold when utilizing the dynamic schema in tFileOutputExcel and I was just wondering if anyone else has run into this and if there is a workaround? The error I get is: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException and it occurs around the 10000 record mark.
