EST or EDT TimeZone Function

Hi,

Is there any inbuilt function or way to get EST or EDT time based on current timestap.

Example: i want to get o/p like this

 if its EST --> "MM/dd/yyyy' 'HH:mm' EST'"

if its EDT --> "MM/dd/yyyy' 'HH:mm' EDT'"
