ETL Bulk insert from oracle to vertica is slow

Hi everyone i created a job from oracle db to vertica db for bulk insert but it transfer to csv file 300 rows per second. 

Is there any way to improve my transfer rate? (capture jpeg is below)

Hi,

   Could you please try  tDBOutputBulk and tDBBulkExec separately so that we can measure whether the speed is less during source program fetch or during target data write stage?

    Also make sure that you are giving enough memory for the Talend job to speed up the process (by changing Xms and Xmx parameters) and check the performance parameters from DB monitoring tools also.
