The tFTP_Connection and tFTP_Get components come with an option for SFTP support. Isn't that sufficient for your need? If not, could you explain why? I'm curious because I'll probably want to use SFTP at some point, but haven't done so yet.
The secure part of the tFTP components includes both authentication and encryption, which ought to be enough for anyone's purposes. For authentication you can specify either a password or a public key/password that you store somewhere that your Talend machine can get to it.
