Encoding UTF-8 into csv

Hi everybody,
I need your help about encoding csv file.
I use advanced setting to create a csv file with UTF-8 encoding.
When I open my file with notepad++, I see all special caracters (é,è,à...) well. But if I open with Excell csv, all specials caracters are like this é...
Do you have any suggestion about this issu.

Did you add the related language in Excel?

But Yes I use french like default language.
I think is an Excell issu. I come back if I find.
