Error is - "Data too long for column 'FIELD1' at row 1"

I am using TOS 4.01
In my xml file seems
<A100>
<A111>XX</A111>
<A111>AA BBB CCC DDD EEE FFFF GGG HHH</A111>
</A100>
Issue in xml file.
My table looks like
FIELD1 should be XX
FIELD2 should be AA BBB CCC DDD EEE FFFF GGG HHH
I am getting
FIELD1 XX
FIELD2 XX
What is the way to get appropriate data insert into the fields.
