Error loading into hive table thiveload component

Hi
My design is as follows
tHiveConnection-thivecreatetable-db2input-thdfsouput
                                                                  :
                                                               Thiveload.
I am able to connect to hive, create a table in hive,connect to db2, load the records to hdfs.
However, I get the following exception
Illegal Argument Exception.
Please help. Urgent

Is there any more error message printed on console? Your job design screenshots will be preferred.
