Error of import routines.DataOperation on running a job.

Hello Experts, 

I have created a simple job of moving the data from a database to Talend Data Stewardship but I am getting the following error which shows "The import routines.DataOperation cannot be resolved".

Also I have some jar files which are not installed and are missing. So is it because of the missing jar files, or something else. Please help me in understanding the error.
