Error when sending mail in TDI entreprise version 8.01 with attachement files

Hello teams,

I have just migrate recently from TOS for DI version 7.0.1 to TDI entreprise version 8.01 and after the migration one of the job was not able to send mail with two attachement excel (.xlsx format) file. The two files sum up are having the size of 8M. I keep having this error as shown in the image bellow. com.sun.mail.smtp.SMTPSendFailedException: 552 5.3.4 Error: message file too big.

Before the migration the mail was send successfully without any error on TOS for DI.

In the first place I thought maybe the was a change on the server side and I ask our server administrator and he said the was no change. That there is no file size limitation of SMTP mail Server.

Is there any issue if your file size as an email attachment is small?

Sendmail uses your internal mail server, hence the attachment size limit is based on what you set in the SMTP Server.
