Error while processing Job Conductor with TAC with nexus3

Hello great people.

After uploading the Studio job to Nexus3
This error occurs when TAC is loaded from Job Conductor and started.

In TAC, an error occurs. 
“Task was not started.”
This is an error.
In Job Server
The error “Job already deleted when trying to run job” appears repeatedly.

TAC, JobServer, and Nexus are on the same Linux server.
studio is being used on windows.
Could it be a firewall issue?
