Error with Talend Cloud: There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.

Hi Team,

I am using Talend Cloud Real-time Big-Data Integration platform.

I have created a simple job to read data from MySQL and write into a Snowflake table.

The source table contains around 1 GB of data.

While running the job on Talend Studio, I was getting error: 

"There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.".

So in JVM settings, I have set the arguments as:

-Xms1024M

-Xmx8192M

After setting the above attributes, the job is working fine.

But when I published the job to Cloud, and trying to execute the Task from Cloud, it is again failing with the same error:

"There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue."

I could not find any place where I can set the JVM parameters.

Could you please advise me what settings to apply to run the job successfully from cloud ?

Hello,

Is it a random issue? Did you try it in RE? In RE you can control memory settings.

Actually, we are not able to change Cloud container memory settings. But with RE, you can manage memory configuration and tune RE for your needs.
