Export as Runnable JAR File

I'm using the last version of TOS_DI
I cannot export job as Runnable jar file (File/export/Runnable JAR file). The dropdownlist launch configuration still stay empty.
I can not find the all process in documentation

Did you follow up document TalendHelpCenter:How to build Jobs to build your job as jar file?
Do you want to run it in Talend ESB runtime?
