Filename.dmp Oracle file

I received a filename.dmp file from a client. Can I use Open Talend Studio to import the data into MySQL?

No, it is impossible, .dmp file is a binary file.

You need to talk to an Oracle specialist, who will import the .dmp into an existing Oracle instance. You will then be able to pull the data out of Oracle with Talend.
