If I am using a
Windows machine, why do I see these in the error log? How do I make Talend not look for
Mac stuff?

Ignore that, it has no effect. I agree with you this is a nonsense error message and only be caused because Talend delivers a All-platform software. Therefore all bundles for all platforms must be present but this somehow does not work.
