Generate Doc as HTML - tMap images are not created in the document

Hello,

I just upgraded to Talend Open Studio version 4.0. I generated an HTML job document. When I view the html file, there're no job preview picture and no tMap_1 image.
I notice that in the pictures folder, there are no job_0.1.png and tMap_1-PREVIEW.bmp are created.
If I go back to version 3.1 and generate the HTML job document, I have the job preview picture but not the tMap_1 image.
Before upgrade to version 4.0, I didn't have any problem with version 3.1. All the images were created in the html job document.
Does anyone run into this problem. Please advise.

What's the revision number of TOS? I tested it on TOS4.0.2r43696 and it works fine.

I use the same revision number of TOS, 4.0.2.r43696
I still have version 3 on my machine. Do you think keeping two versions that causes the problem.
Do I need to un-install version 3 before installing version 4?

No, you can install different versions of TOS on the same machine. Please export your job and send it to me.
