Hello,

On which talend build version you got this issue?

Could you generate a trace using the method below ?

Add the line :

-Djavax.net.debug=ssl

in the file Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.ini

then, start the Talend studio using the command line below :

Talend-Studio-win-x86_64.exe --talendDebug > studio_debug.txt 2>&1

Once the issue reproduced, collect the file .log in the folder <Workspace_folder>\.metadata

attach the file .log and the file studio_debug.txt into community which will be helpful for us to address your issue.

Best regards

Sabrina
